Barley malt extract, barley extract (Hordeum vulgare L.) standardized to 70% beta-glucan, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) DER 4:1, acacia fiber, oat extract (Avena Sativa L. ) standardized to 80% beta-glucan, hops cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) DER 4:1, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), d-biotin (vitamin B7).

Suggested use:

Breastfeeding women: 1-2 sachets per day, with a meal. Consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before scheduled feeding/pumping.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of cool or warm liquid (water or milk). Mix thoroughly and drink. The contents of the sachet can also be mixed with yogurt.
