Bamboo leaf extract (Bambusa vulgaris) standardised to min. 70% silica, wild rose extract (Rosa canina) standardised to min. 70% vitamin C, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense) standardised to min. 7% silica, bulking agent: inulin (prebiotic), turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) 10:1, bladderwrack extract (Fucus vesiculosus) standardised to 0.43% iodine, rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea) standardised to min. 3% salidrosides, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), hydrolysed collagen, Indian frankincense resin extract (Boswellia serrata) standardised to min. 65% boswellic acids. Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

Directions
