Palce Lizać Coffee Energy is a carefully formulated blend of fats designed for bulletproof coffee – a popular addition to the ketogenic and low-carb diets. The base is ghee (85%), clarified using traditional methods for 7–8 hours, combined with unrefined coconut oil (15%) .

Three aromatic spices – Indian cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon and Madagascan vanilla – give the coffee a warm, sweet aroma without the need for added sugar. The consistency is natural and seasonal: semi-liquid in summer, more solid in winter – this does not affect the quality.

Intended use

A coffee supplement for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet. An alternative for those with lactose, casein or gluten intolerance. Standard 300 g pack for daily use.

Directions

Brew your favourite coffee in a pot or coffee maker. Add at least 1 teaspoon of Coffee Energy to a cup of hot coffee, and optionally a little honey. For a creamy consistency, blend the coffee with the additives for 20–30 seconds – this will create a fluffy foam.

Storage

Store at room temperature. The consistency varies seasonally: semi-liquid in summer, more solid in winter – this is a natural characteristic of the product.
