Finger-Licking Clarified Coconut Ghee combines traditional ghee made from Bieszczady milk, clarified for 8–12 hours, with unrefined coconut oil. The result is a product that combines the benefits of both fats: the purity of ghee (free from water, lactose and casein) with a light, coconutty aroma.

The flavour is milder than classic ghee, with a subtle coconut note. A high smoke point of 260°C makes the product ideal for frying, baking and stewing – where ordinary butter would burn.

How to use

No need to refrigerate – room temperature is ideal. This is a natural, seasonal product: it is semi-liquid in summer and firmer in winter. The white sediment is the result of natural processes – it does not affect the quality.
