Shirataki noodles also known as konjac noodles are a traditional product of Asian cuisine. The noodles are made from water and flour from a plant called Amorphophallus konjac, konjac for short. The raw material is distinguished by its low carbohydrate, fat and protein content while at the same time having a high level of the valuable plant fibre glucomannan. The pasta contains no allergens or preservatives.

How to use:
