Suggested use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product 40 g (3.5 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Take one serving a day 30 minutes before bedtime. Beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed or 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.
