Water, thickeners: xylitol (30%) and xanthan gum, orange juice concentrate (8%), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), niacin (nicotinic acid amide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), natural orange flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Suggested use:

4 puffs (0.8 ml). Spray directly into the mouth, under the tongue. We suggest taking the spray in the morning. Shake each time before use. On first use, press 3-4 times to activate the pump.
