Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate (contains sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), flavour enhancer (glycine), inulin, whole milk powder, flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K and sucralose), sodium chloride, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colour (beta-carotenes). Contains milk.

Intended use

Designed for men and women who train regularly and have increased protein requirements, looking to supplement their diet between meals.

Directions

Mix one 32 g serving (approx. 1¾ scoops) with 250 ml of water. Take 1-3 servings daily between meals, depending on your protein requirements. Once opened, use within 3 months.
