The collagen in this formula comes from three different sources, so every serving delivers three types at once: types I and III from beef, type II from chicken bone broth, and type I from fish skin. The beef used comes from cattle raised free of BSE and without hormones.

Each serving also provides 100 mg of vitamin C and 50 mg of grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, and cartilage. The formula also delivers 10 g of protein, which contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

The powder is unflavored with a beige color - shade variation between batches is normal. The product is sold by weight, not volume, so the container may be only partially filled.

Ingredients

Suggested use

Take 2.5 level scoops (13.1 g) daily. Dissolve the serving in about 240 ml of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Stir vigorously or use a shaker.
