One capsule per day provides vitamins C, D, E, K, B vitamins, zinc, chromium, iodine and selenium, among other nutrients. Cellulose capsules (HPMC). Does not contain: gluten, GMOs, added sugar, flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Contains soy.
