The manufacturer uses CarnoSyn® - a patented form of beta-alanine, trademarked by Natural Alternatives International. The powder has a natural creamy color, and shade variation between batches is normal. The product is sold by weight rather than volume, so the container may not be completely full.

Ingredients

Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®). This product contains no additional ingredients.

Suggested use

Half a level teaspoon (about 2 g), 3-4 times a day. Dissolve each serving in about 240 ml of water or your favorite beverage. Leave at least 2 hours between servings.

Precautions

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. This product is intended for adults only. Some people experience a temporary tingling of the skin from beta-alanine - it is harmless and usually fades or disappears after a few weeks of use.
