Ingredients

Citric Acid, Magnesium Carbonate, Natural Raspberry Flavouring, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Directions for use

Place the product in a glass or cup; add 60-90 ml of hot water. The product will fizz; stir until dissolved, then top up with warm or cold water. You can also add it directly to a glass or bottle of cold water. Start with half a teaspoon (1 g) a day and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g) a day. Can be taken with or without food, in 2 or 3 servings.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use in children under 4 years of age. People with kidney disease, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Magnesium may have a laxative effect, especially when consumed in large amounts.
