One daily serving (4 g) provides 325 mg of magnesium (87% of the RDA) in the form of magnesium citrate. Ingredients

Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, inulin, vegetable glycerine, agar, flavourings, citric acid, colouring (black carrot), locust bean gum.

Suggested Use

Place the product in a glass or mug; add 60–90 ml of hot water. The product will fizz; stir until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water. You can also add the product to a glass or bottle of cold water. Start with half a teaspoon (1 g) a day and gradually increase the dose to 2 teaspoons (4 g) a day. It can be taken with or without food, in 2 or 3 doses.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use for children under 4 years of age. People with kidney disease, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Magnesium may cause loose stools, especially when consumed in large amounts.
