Ingredients

Dextrose, maltodextrin 25%, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate, flavourings: red orange, beetroot powder; trimagnesium citrate, dibasic calcium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener: sucralose; niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use

Drink one serving (20 g of powder + 500 ml of water), then continue replenishing fluids (50-100 ml) every 15-20 minutes during exercise.

Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
