MOEV Annurcatin Water Treatment is a hair rinse with a water-like consistency. Apply it after shampooing, leave it on briefly, then rinse out. It works well where a classic conditioner feels too heavy. This suits fine hair that's oily at the roots but dry at the ends.

The formula is built around Annurca apple extract - a variety known for its high polyphenol content - and biotin. It's supported by twenty amino acids and hydrolyzed proteins from silk, keratin, collagen, soy, oat and wheat. Niacinamide, caffeine and chlorella ferment extract round out the blend.
