Nattokinase is a dietary supplement containing an extract from fermented soya beans. Nattokinase is obtained by fermenting soybeans with a strain of bacillus subtilis (natto) bacteria. These bacteria act on the soya protein to produce the enzyme nattokinase. It does not contain vitamin K.
