How to use:

Pour a packet of herbs (90.2 g) over 2x0.7 litres of 38% rye-wheat or good fruit vodka in a 2-litre wide-necked bottle. Leave for 14 days in a warm and bright place. The tincture should be shaken daily and strained after 14 days.

Preventive use: 1 teaspoon of tincture diluted with water in the morning and in the evening.

For use in various ailments, 3 teaspoons of tincture are recommended daily.
