Suggested use:

Adults and children over 14 years of age: 3 x 5 ml per day (3 x 1 teaspoon). Children aged 9 to 13 years: 2 x 5 ml per day (2 x 1 teaspoon). Children aged 5 to 8 years: 1 x 5 ml per day (1 x 1 teaspoon). Consume while eating directly from a teaspoon or add to a beverage, yogurt, smoothie, etc. Shake the bottle before consumption to mix the product.
