Echiomega Echium Seed Oil from Igennus is a dietary supplement in capsules containing a vegetarian omega fatty acid formula. It contains omega-3 - stearidonic acid (SDA) obtained from the plantain adder (Echium plantagineum). SDA is naturally converted in our body to long-chain omega-3 fatty acid - EPA.
