It combines beta-alanine, taurine and caffeine with Korean ginseng, ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and ginkgo biloba extracts. Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The product is pasteurised.

Water, apple juice from apple juice concentrate (20%), beta-alanine, taurine, anhydrous caffeine, glucuronolactone, choline bitartrate, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-tryptophan, Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.; standardised to 1.5% withanolides), ginkgo biloba leaf extract (Ginkgo biloba L.), rhodiola rosea root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.; 3% rosavins; 1% salidrosides), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), acid: citric acid, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, preservative: sodium benzoate, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K, neotame, maltodextrin.

Suggested use

Take one serving (30 ml) twice a day. Shake well before use; a small amount of sediment is a natural occurrence.

Cautions

Not recommended for individuals sensitive to any of the ingredients. Contains caffeine: 100 mg per serving (30 ml), 200 mg in the recommended daily serving (60 ml), 333.3 mg per 100 ml; not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not consume with other sources of caffeine or substances with a similar effect. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not use while taking sedative, hypnotic or anticonvulsant medication, or during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children. If taking other medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25°C), protect from light, do not freeze, and keep out of reach of young children. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.
