Instructions for use:

Essential oils can be used in many different ways:

• Directly as a moisturizing oil for the body and face.
  
• As an oil/conditioner to strengthen nails.
  
• As a massage oil. 
  
• As a nourishing macerate for very dry, brittle and damaged hair: rub a small amount into the hair 30-60 minutes before washing.
  
• Directly as protection and nourishment for the hair ends: rub a very small amount (1-2 drops) into the ends. 
  
• As a regenerating and repairing additive in hair conditioners - mix a few drops in the palm of your hand with a measured amount of conditioner and rub into the hair, rinse hair with water after 5 minutes.
  
• As a bath additive: add approx. 5 ml (5-6 pumps) to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water. Bath time up to 25 minutes. Can be combined with your favorite essential oils, e.g. with 100% natural lavender oil.
  
• As an addition to your favorite body creams and lotions.
