Suggested use:

Recommended portion of vitamin D3 to be taken per day for persons over 3 years of age:

• 1 drop - children 3 to 15 years,
• 2 drops - healthy adults up to 75 years of age.

Administer on a teaspoon or drop into the mouth and spread over the mouth with the tongue.
