COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a highly moisturising facial toner. The toner contains panthenol (vitamin B5), allantoin and five forms of hyaluronic acid to soothe irritated skin, calm and hydrate strongly. Suitable for all skin types, especially dehydrated skin.

This tonic saturates the skin with moisture, eliminates dryness, dehydration and flakiness and regulates the hydrolipidic balance. It contains 5 types of differentiated hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 to soothe and soften the skin and retain moisture in the skin cells. It makes the skin radiant and smooth. The toner rebuilds the skin after cleansing, removes fine lines and evens out colour.

How to use:
