How to use:

Soak a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad or apply to the palms of your hands and apply to a cleansed face, avoiding the area around the eyes and mouth. Then gently pat into the skin, especially the problem areas. The toner can be used morning and evening. Be sure to wear sun protection (at least SPF 30) during your toner treatment.
