It combines the NOX complex (L-citrulline, malate, L-arginine), creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, an amino acid complex (L-tyrosine, BCAA) and caffeine, complemented with vitamins B1, B6, niacin and vitamin C. The product is sugar free.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, the amount provided by one serving.

Allura Red AC, tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and food ingredients containing sulphur dioxide.

Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (20 g = 2 scoops) of powder with 300-400 ml of water in a shaker and drink about 15 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
