Ingredients

Beta-alanine (84%), capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), colorant (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soya, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, shellfish and food ingredients containing sulphur dioxide.

Intended use

For adults with increased physical activity, particularly those engaged in endurance sports - intended for use before training.

Suggested use

Take 4 capsules daily (1 capsule every 4 hours), with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
