BCAA+B6 contains leucine, isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. With added vitamin B6, which supports the correct metabolism of proteins and glycogen and is involved in the correct metabolic processes leading to the release of energy and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Instant BCAA 53.1% (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: lecithins); bulking agent (cellulose gel); envelope [stabilisers (graft copolymer of polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids; silicon dioxide); pyridoxine hydrochloride. Possible presence of milk, egg, gluten, soya, shellfish, sulphur dioxide and nuts.

Suggested use:

Take 4 capsules daily. On training days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training. On rest days take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
