Thistle oil is extracted from the meticulously selected seeds of the plant called spotted thistle. Cold-pressed without any refining process, this product retains the fullness of its nutritional values. What properties does thistle oil have?

Thistle oil contains large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids, as well as mineral salts, phytosterols, tannins and vitamins K, C and E. Including it in your daily diet allows you to quickly and effectively remove toxins accumulated in your body, as well as protect your kidneys and liver from them. The oil regulates digestion by increasing the production of gastric juice and at the same time increases appetite.
