How to use:

• Aromatherapy for concentration: Add 3-5 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser while studying or working.
• Hair care: Dilute 3-4 drops in 10 ml of base oil (jojoba, coconut) and massage into the scalp. Leave for 30 minutes, then wash your hair. You can also add 2 drops to your shampoo or conditioner.
• Warming massage: Mix 2-3 drops with 10 ml of base oil and massage into sore muscles.
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the vapours for 5-10 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes. Always dilute before applying to the skin.
