Bilovit Mandarin Essential Oil - 30 ml

Mandarin essential oil is made by compressing the peels of the Citrus reticulata fruit. The plant is native to Asia, where it holds a special place in culture and medicine. Belonging to the same family as tangerine, the fruits are very similar...and often confused. Although to some extent their properties coincide, the essential oils are two different products. Tangerine extract carries unique benefits for the body and mind and is sure to find use in any home.

Mandarin oil - properties

Mandarin essential oil has many health-promoting properties and, as with other citrus oils, limonene (65%-75%) - one of the most important ingredients in the product - is responsible for most of them. The extract has antiseptic properties, so it protects wounds from infection. It also shows bactericidal and fungicidal activity, which makes it suitable for treating diseases and minor skin problems (scars, discolorations, eczema).

Mandarin essential oil is an ally in the fight against cellulite. When used during a massage, it breaks down fatty tissue and lymphatic stasis, while improving blood circulation. Due to the presence of substances with antioxidant properties, the skin will look healthy, young and radiant. The extract can also be applied to damaged tissue - it naturally promotes the growth of body cells, which significantly speeds up regeneration.

Mandarin essential oil smells fresh, sweet and citrusy, it is one of those aromas that everyone associates. It adds energy, promotes a sense of calm and relaxation, soothes nerves, reduces tension and promotes restful sleep. It is ideal for people who suffer from nervous disorders or who struggle with periodic mood drops. It blends very well with most essential oils, enhancing the aromatic and therapeutic qualities.
