About the product:

Bilovit Evening Primrose Oil is an edible oil obtained by cold-pressing carefully selected evening primrose seeds. It is an unrefined and unfiltered oil, free from preservatives and additives, packaged in a Polish oil mill in thick, darkened glass bottles that protect the contents from light.

Fatty acid profile: 100 g of oil contains 86 g of polyunsaturated fatty acids, 6 g of monounsaturated fatty acids and 8 g of saturated fatty acids. A product with a natural, intense flavour.

Culinary uses:

Evening primrose oil is intended for cold use only – as an addition to salads, raw vegetable salads, yoghurts, cottage cheese, vegetable spreads and other cold dishes. It is not suitable for frying or cooking – high temperatures destroy its properties.

It can be consumed on its own – 1 to 2 teaspoons a day for adults, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for children.

Storage:

Before opening, store in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Once opened, store the bottle in the fridge and use within one month. Protect from light and high temperatures.
