Suggested use:

1 capsule daily immediately after a meal. Wash down with water. Due to the content of B vitamins and their stimulating nature, we recommend taking it in the first part of the day. ViataMinBest contains niacin, which may cause a flush effect, i.e. reddening of the skin lasting up to an hour after taking the supplement. This is not dangerous, but only an aesthetic effect. You can minimise the risk of flush by taking VitaMinBest after a heavy meal.
