Aliness Vitamin C 1000 mg with zinc is a dietary supplement from the Polish brand Aliness, known for its pure formulations free from unnecessary fillers. The product combines a high dose of vitamin C in a buffered form — 500 mg of L-ascorbic acid with 500 mg of sodium L-ascorbate in a 1:1 ratio — with a complex of supportive plant ingredients: bitter orange extract (Citrus aurantium) standardised to 95% citrus bioflavonoids and at least 78% hesperidin, rutin extracted from the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica), and acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra).

The formula has been enriched with zinc citrate, providing 7.5 mg of elemental zinc per capsule. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps in the normal production of collagen to ensure the normal function of blood vessels, skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth, helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and enhances iron absorption.
