ALG Pharma Sylimarin 70mg Gold is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) standardised to 70% silymarin. Each tablet provides 100 mg of extract, including 70 mg of silymarin. The recommended dose is 1–2 tablets daily after a meal. The product is intended for adults.
