The formula combines two bacterial strains — Bifidobacterium breve BR03 DSM 16604 and Streptococcus thermophilus FP4 DSM 18616 — 5×10⁹ CFU each (a total of 1×10¹⁰ CFU) with the addition of 190 mg of inulin.
