The formula combines sodium, potassium, glucose, vitamin C in the form of L-ascorbic acid, and ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardised to contain 7% withanolides.

Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the normal function of the immune system. When taken at a dose of 3 tablets per day, potassium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
